I served in the U.S. Navy as a CIC Watch Supervisor aboard the USS Boxer (LHD-4). In the Combat Information Center, we tracked everything in real time. Every contact, every signal, every opportunity. Nothing went unlogged. Nothing slipped through.
In the Navy, attention to detail wasn't optional. A missed contact, a misread signal, or a gap in the log had consequences. That same standard is what I bring to Callriva. Every lead captured. Every response logged. Nothing left to chance.
When I got out and started working in the insurance industry, I noticed something that bothered me: good businesses were losing clients not because they lacked skill or experience, but because they were too busy to pick up the phone.
A prospect would call at 6:47 PM. No answer. No callback. By morning, they had already hired someone else. The business owner never knew the lead existed.
That's the problem Callriva was built to fix.
